Booking Policy – Package Umrah
This Booking Policy applies to all Umrah packages booked through Package Umrah (packageumrah.co.uk). By making a booking with us, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Booking Confirmation
To confirm your Umrah package with Package Umrah:
- A non-refundable deposit is required per person
- A minimum of 50% of the total package price must be paid at the time of booking
- Your booking is only confirmed once payment is received and officially acknowledged
Important:
A deposit secures your reservation but does not guarantee the final price until full payment is completed.
Payment Terms
- The remaining balance must be paid within the agreed timeframe
- For bookings made within 7–10 days of departure, full payment is required immediately
- Failure to complete payment on time may result in automatic cancellation, and any deposit paid will remain non-refundable
Price Adjustments
All Umrah package prices are subject to change until full payment is received. Customers are responsible for any price differences due to:
- Airline fare changes
- Hotel availability and rate fluctuations
- Visa fee updates
- Currency exchange variations
Non-Transferable Bookings
- Bookings cannot be transferred to another person once confirmed
- After passport details are submitted for visa processing, changes may not be possible
- Any new booking after cancellation will require a new deposit at current market rates
Your Rights
You can:
- Access your data
- Request corrections or deletion
- Opt-out of marketing at any time
- Contact the ICO if you have a concern

Peak Season Notice
During high-demand periods such as Ramadan and school holidays:
- Prices may change without prior notice
- Flights and hotel availability are limited
- Package details may be adjusted based on supplier availability
Passport Requirements
- Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel
- Changes after visa submission may result in delays or additional charges
- Name corrections may require rebooking and supplier fees
Visa Processing & Fees
Package Umrah acts only as a facilitator for Umrah visa applications:
- Visa approval is at the discretion of Saudi authorities
- We do not guarantee visa approval or processing timelines
- All visa-related charges are non-refundable
- Visa rejection or delays may result in partial or full loss of booking payments
Cancellations & Refunds
- Deposits are strictly non-refundable
- Refunds depend on third-party supplier policies (airlines, hotels, visas)
- Late cancellations may result in up to 100% charges
Additional Notes:
- A limited 24-hour cooling-off period may apply in certain cases
- Transaction fees and currency differences may be deducted from refunds
